It goes without saying that we would not have been able to grow our business these past 10 years without the people that have helped to make it so.
Together, we and the dedicated people that work with Agilitee have played and continue to play a huge part in our day to day and our future. We have a committed Senior Management Team; and our youngest son has joined the business.
We saw off the pandemic of the early 2020’s, emerging stronger than ever; investing in the development of our management team and in more plant and machinery. Over the past year we have also realigned our focus on ‘super structure’ projects and away from ‘turn key’.
Success for us is everyone moving forward; our clients, our leadership team, our subcontractors, our trade suppliers and ourselves. We have built our reputation on sincerity and honesty, hard work and diligence; and these fundamental beliefs and practises have really created this dream.
CHAMINDA
Chaminda is a well-known and respected identity in the construction industry in Australia and now here in the UK when he established Agilitee in 2013. His breadth of experience covers most forms of construction.
With his experience in the building and civil engineering industry spanning both Australia and the UK Chaminda combines these qualifications with strong practical experience and sound managerial skills. He is able to develop trustworthy relationships with clients based on reliable performance. He has strong stakeholder management and prides himself on managing his delivery teams to consistently achieve Best Practice standards of quality, safety and environmental performance.
Chaminda is a qualified Electrical Technician with further qualifications with The Master Builders Association of Australia MBA and a CPA as well as 25 years practical experience across the construction industry. Chaminda is committed to delivering Agilitee’s clients the highest level of service during and after construction. He is responsible for the overall performance of the Company.
His architecture and design management background adds significant value to his project teams, ensuring designs translate to build in the most practical and cost effective manner.
Chaminda’s experience in design, development, construction and project management throughout Australia and the UK have provided him with a hands-on working knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry which has seen him flourish and his clients extremely happy with the end results.
LISA
Lisa joined the business in 2016 and provides Agilitee with extensive organisation, administrative and managerial experience, backed by her formal training and experience in the corporate business sector.
Lisa holds a BA Economics, Australia. She is a qualified Project Manager having held REG-PM AUS certification. She also holds various Leadership & Management Certifications from the UK and has had career stints at Optus, Australia and within the BMW UK Network.
Lisa is proud of her local community involvement and over the years has held the positions of Parent School Governor and PTA Treasurer. She has also served on many local committees. She has always been very passionate and involved with the communities she has lived in.
Through her 25+ year partnership with Chaminda, Lisa has also had many years of first-hand knowledge of the construction and property industries.
She prepared the company for an ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2019 and again for a maintenance audit in May 2020. She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Professional Interior Design with the National Design Academy UK and has also completed and is enrolled in various courses at Plumpton College as she continues to pursue her interests in the land-based sector.
She is integral to the strategic management of the company and is fully committed to quality outcomes for all.
